When to send

• Aim to post within 1–3 days of the wedding (next working day is ideal)
• Keep flowers cool and out of direct sun until they leave you
• Wrap stems so they stay lightly hydrated; do not soak the whole bouquet
• Avoid leaving a packed box in a hot car or porch

If the wedding is far from a post office open day, ask a trusted person to post for you on the first working morning.

How to pack (five steps)

• Choose a sturdy box slightly larger than the bouquet so heads are not crushed
• Wrap stems in damp paper towel; cover blooms gently with tissue or florist paper
• Place the bouquet in the box and fill gaps so nothing shifts in transit
• Label clearly with your name and order or reservation details; mark fragile

FAQs

Will Royal Mail ruin the flowers?

Tracked parcels packed as above usually arrive in workable condition. Crushing and heat are the main risks — a rigid box and prompt posting matter more than the carrier brand.

Can I send only part of the bouquet?

Yes. Many clients send hero blooms plus a little greenery. Tell us in the note which flowers matter most. Choose a mould that suits that volume in the wedding collection.
